About The Position

Naturescape of Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. The position involves independent work in the great outdoors, with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and seasonal employment. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be the face of the company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes. Your "office" changes daily as you navigate to residential and commercial properties to complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. You will take pride in enhancing a customer's property and will act as a consultant and problem-solver, explaining the benefits of services and assessing lawn health. Adaptability is key, as you will pivot to snow removal in the winter. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. The company emphasizes continuous learning and development, encouraging employees to grow their skills.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties.
