About The Position

The Mover Packer supports military relocation services by moving families onto and off military bases. The role involves packing, loading, and delivering household belongings safely and without damage. This is a seasonal position running from May through September, averaging 40 hours per week, with overtime as scheduled. It is a physical, safety-sensitive job with time-sensitive work performed outdoors in extreme weather. A potential career path begins as a Mover Packer and may advance to a non-CDL driving role and then a CDL-A driving position.

Requirements

• Lift 75 lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Obtain and maintain base access.
• Read and write English and understand traffic signs and signals (FHWA).
• Communicate clearly with customers, crew, and dispatch.
