About The Position

The Mover Packer supports military relocation services by moving families onto and off military bases. The role involves packing, loading, and delivering household belongings safely and without damage. This is a seasonal, hourly, non-exempt position running from May through September, with schedules averaging 40 hours per week and overtime as scheduled. Work is physical and time-sensitive, and takes place outdoors in extreme weather. The position is safety-sensitive and employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing under company policy, and a criminal background check. The company’s drug-free workplace policy applies regardless of state or local cannabis laws. There may be an opportunity to advance to a non-CDL driving role and then a CDL-A driving position, if qualified.

Requirements

• Lift 75 lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Obtain and maintain base access.
• Read and write English and understand traffic signs and signals in accordance with FHWA requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers, crew, and dispatch.
