About The Position

This role takes the lead on resident move-in, focusing on creating a warm and welcoming environment. The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for managing a seamless, dignified, and compassionate transition for residents and their families. This includes clear communication about the move-in procedure, guiding them through the entire process from application to move-in day, and facilitating lease signings. The position also involves managing annual recertification, maintaining detailed documentation for Tax Credit files, completing income verification, collecting insurance information, and documenting all pertinent information upon initial residency. A key aspect of the role is ensuring each apartment is thoughtfully prepared for incoming residents and orientating them, all while representing the Community's commitment to love, compassion, and dignity.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions with a strong understanding of Assisted/Supportive living sales and marketing
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Medicaid waiver or LIHTC experience preferred

Responsibilities
