About The Position

The Moulding Packer role operates packaging equipment and performs production tasks with increasing independence and efficiency in support of chocolate production. The employee helps ensure product quality, supports troubleshooting, and follows safety and food safety standards to contribute to consistent production performance. The schedule is 12-hour overnight shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Thursday through Wednesday, working seven consecutive days followed by seven consecutive days off. Compensation is $19.00 per hour, with a $0.40-per-hour shift differential. The position is located in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, and does not include relocation reimbursement.

Requirements

Be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Be 18 years or older.
Understand and communicate efficiently in English, verbally and in writing.
Perform basic math and follow detailed instructions.
Be able to work indoors and outdoors, at heights of 4 feet and above, and in confined spaces.
Be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, and twisting while wearing required PPE in temperatures from 0°F to 110°F, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Basic computer skills.
Prior production work experience.
Experience using a forklift or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate processing and packaging equipment to support chocolate production.
Verify product quality and complete required production and sanitation documentation.
Adjust equipment settings to maintain product specifications and efficiency.
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate more complex problems.
Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
