About The Position
On the Las Vegas strip! Located across from the Welcome to Las Vegas sign! CALLING ALL HARLEY ENTHUSISTS!! WHY NOT MAKE MONEY WHILE SHARING YOUR LOVE FOR HARLEY-DAVIDSON? Sales experience is not required, we will train the right candidate. Amazing customer service skills and positive attitude are required! Position Highlights: Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle sales to customers by using current pro-active feature/benefit sales techniques. Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction. Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products. Continually study motorcycle and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and application. Attend sales and training meetings. Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork. Handle telephone transactions quickly, in a courteous and friendly manner. Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner. Conduct a road test, and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer. Ensure the delivery to customer is an “EVENT” which endears the customer to the dealership. Meet or exceed sales quotas on a regular basis. Continually learn more about the products and services you sell. Stay current on motorcycle trends and selling features. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated “closing skills”. Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycle sales, and other products sold by the dealership, or to demonstrate the ability to quickly learn them. Must maintain a professional appearance and a neat, well organized work area.
Requirements
- Must provide the highest level of customer service
- Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required-will train the right person
- The ability to communicate effectively to all audiences is essential
- MUST have a valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement
- Must obtain an occupational (Salesperson) license (or willingness to get it)
- Must maintain a professional appearance and a neat, well organized work area
