Requirements

Valid motorcycle license required
1+ year of powersports or automotive sales experience preferred
Ability to move and handle motorcycles preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
Comfortable using CRM systems and following a structured, value-based sales process
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Motorcycle License (Required)
Ability to Commute: Rothschild, WI 54474 (Required)

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers entering the dealership
Assist riders in selecting the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to fit their style and needs
Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase
Conduct demo rides to showcase Harley-Davidson motorcycles
Follow up proactively with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring excellent customer experiences
Utilize and update CRM systems to track leads, sales activity, and follow-ups
Complete monthly training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques
