About The Position
Virginia Western Community College is seeking part-time Motorcycle Instructors to teach the basic rider safety course using Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum. This role is within the School of Business, Technology and Trades and serves students seeking to obtain their motorcycle license. Classes are offered on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Instructors must maintain currency in their teaching discipline. Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis until positions are filled.
Requirements
- Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum knowledge.
- Ability to teach students seeking to obtain their motorcycle license.
Responsibilities
- Teach the basic rider safety course using Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum.
- Instruct students on licensing to ride 2-wheel or 3-wheel motorcycles.
- Maintain currency in the teaching discipline.
