Nice To Haves
- Experience in motorcycle or automotive sales is great—but not required. We’ll train the right person with the right passion.
- Know how to connect with people and make them feel at home
- Love talking about bikes, freedom, and what makes Harley-Davidson a legend
- Handle physical activity (you’ll be on your feet and moving bikes—some weighing up to 900 lbs)
- Have a valid motorcycle license or are ready to earn one ASAP
- Are ready to meet state occupational licensing requirements (we’ll help guide you through the process)
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted guide—help customers find the Harley-Davidson motorcycle that fits their life, style, and soul
- Make motorcycle deliveries a true event (we’re talking cheers, selfies, maybe even tears of joy)
- Stay in the know—research models, customizations, and cool gear
- Walk the walk and talk the torque—explain features, options, and why this isn’t just a bike, it’s a way of life
- Create loyal fans by delivering exceptional, unforgettable customer experiences
