About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Motor Development Specialist for its Warminster, Pennsylvania location. The specialist implements programs recommended by an Occupational Therapist and/or Physical Therapist to help individuals develop basic functional skills, and maintains communication among an interdisciplinary team. Occupational and Physical Therapists provide training and consultation, and the Program Manager directs work performance. The position pays $18 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour in enhanced pay for employees who opt in. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Nice To Haves

• Related direct care experience, such as DSP, CNA, or HHA experience.
