Part Time Weekend Mother's Helper – Studio City, CA
About The Position
A welcoming family in Studio City, California, is seeking a reliable and engaging weekend mother's helper to support the parents with their 1-year-old baby and 3-year-old toddler. The home is smoke-free and pet-free, and the parents will be present during shifts. The family is looking for a collaborative second pair of hands and values reading, music, interactive educational activities, and screen-free childcare. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays, for up to 10 hours per weekend. Hours are set monthly with 30 days' advance notice. The anticipated start is the first weekend of December, and the position is expected to last one year. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. Candidates are subject to a background check and must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on childcare support for a 1-year-old baby and 3-year-old toddler alongside the parents.
- Engage the children in age-appropriate, screen-free activities, including reading, music, and interactive play.
- Assist with meal and snack preparation for the children.
- Assist with diaper changing and potty-training support.
- Handle childcare-related light housekeeping, including tidying play areas, children's laundry, and cleaning children's dishes and bottles.
