Studio Manager (Part-Time)

MonmouthFlow•Shrewsbury, NJ
•Onsite

About The Position

The Studio Manager is a hands-on, in-studio sales and service role and the face of MonmouthFlow for guests who visit, call, or book during their shift. The role focuses on converting first-time visitors into recurring members while maintaining the studio’s member-experience standards and daily operating procedures. This is not a General Manager position: the Studio Manager does not supervise staff, set budgets, or own marketing strategy. Matters outside established standards are escalated to the Owner. Strong performers may take on additional responsibilities as the studio grows. MonmouthFlow is an independent, founder-led yoga and wellness studio in Shrewsbury. Its classes range from heated Vinyasa and power sculpt to restorative and gentle flow, combining mindful movement, breathwork, and strength. The position is on-site at 100 Shrewsbury Plaza, Shrewsbury, New Jersey. It is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt W-2 role for 15–25 hours per week, with early morning, evening, and weekend shifts required. The pay range is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with a monthly performance bonus tied to new memberships sold and studio membership goals. The role has one to two openings.
