The Mortgage Servicing Team Member is responsible for ensuring the input, auditing and maintenance of all mortgage data. This role involves answering incoming phone calls to address member questions and requests, inputting and booking mortgages on the DCU's servicing platform, quoting and accepting payoffs, and responding to various member servicing inquiries. The Team Member will also perform file maintenance duties such as discharge research and preparation, loan corrections, subordinations, credit disputes, researching GL variances, and loss draft processing. Additionally, they will complete assigned service requests within established timeframes, assist with loan boarding and preparation of documents for loan sales, process inbound correspondence, and ensure all closing and post-closing processes are complete. Compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations is crucial, along with performing other job-related duties as assigned.
