About The Position

Vivid Mortgages Inc. is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and highly organized Production Coordinator to support our busy mortgage team. No mortgage experience required — we will train the right person. We are looking for the right personality: a resourceful go-getter with a roll-up-your-sleeves, all-hands-on-deck attitude who learns technology quickly, takes initiative and follows through. Someone who is good with taking direction well and gets things done.

Responsibilities

Set up new loan files and assist with initial disclosures
Order and follow up on employment verifications (VOEs)
Order and track title, appraisal and homeowners insurance
Handle inbound calls for our Loan Processors
Assist borrowers with retrieving and submitting required documents
Retrieve, download, properly name, organize and save loan documents for company recordkeeping and NYS DFS compliance purposes
Follow up with borrowers, employers and third parties for outstanding items
Upload and organize documents in our loan systems
Maintain accurate notes, tasks and status updates
Jump in and help the team wherever operational support is needed
