With a bilingual (English/Spanish) client base, they emphasize efficiency, accuracy, and customer care at every step of the mortgage process. This role exists because the client’s three-person processing team is at capacity, creating bottlenecks that limit loan throughput and cause overflow into evenings and weekends. This role exists to take ownership of end-to-end file coordination—collecting documents, preparing complete submissions, and proactively communicating updates—so the pipeline moves without stalls. By adding a reliable, bilingual processor on Eastern hours, the team can scale volume while maintaining a smooth borrower experience.
