About The Position

Crumbl is hiring dependable, motivated team members for its morning baking crew. The role involves preparing the day's cookies, welcoming guests, and setting up the store for a successful day. Morning shifts are approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and availability every Friday and Saturday is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Applicants need dependable, year-round availability and must be able to arrive consistently for shifts beginning at 6:00 AM. Professional baking experience is not required; training will be provided.

The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation for the early start. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, including tips, with team members averaging approximately $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive for shifts beginning at 6:00 AM.
• Be available to work approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and every Friday and Saturday.
• Have dependable, year-round availability.
• Be punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough and prepare the rotating weekly cookie flavors.
• Bake, decorate, and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Prepare ingredients, equipment, and workstations for the day.
• Welcome guests and help them explore the week's menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Restock supplies and help keep daily production on schedule.
• Work with teammates to start the day.
