About The Position

Crumbl is hiring dependable, motivated team members for its closing crew. The role involves mixing dough, baking and decorating cookies, serving guests, and completing closing tasks so the store is clean, organized, and ready for the next day. Professional baking experience is not required; training is provided.

The position focuses on closing shifts, approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Applicants must be available every Friday and Saturday and have dependable, year-round availability. Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Pay is $16–$20 per hour including tips, with team members averaging approximately $17 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work, including transportation home after closing.
• Consistently be able to work approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Be available every Friday and Saturday.
• Have dependable, year-round availability.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare the rotating weekly flavors.
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the weekly menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas.
• Restock supplies and prepare the store for the next day.
• Work with teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently.
