About The Position

As a member of the bakery department, you’ll work alongside a talented team responsible for producing and packaging breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods. The fast-moving, people-first bakery is an opportunity to apply a passion for baking while helping make customers’ day. This part-time role is based at 1413 South Main Chapel Way, Gambrills, MD 21054. Morning availability, including weekends, is required, and shifts start as early as 5 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Bake, produce, and package baked goods.
Provide incredible customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner.
Keep cases and aisles clean and well-stocked to maintain fresh, appealing displays.
Follow proper stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques to ensure freshness.
May help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory.
