About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking a Montessori Certified Toddler Lead to guide infant and toddler learning in a warm, nurturing, Montessori-inspired environment. The role focuses on supporting toddlers’ curiosity, independence, development, and safety through thoughtful classroom experiences and daily activities. The lead teacher works with fellow educators to develop curriculum and communicates children’s milestones to parents. The position is located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Montessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent).
Meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
Flexible and willing to work during business hours.
Passion for the Montessori method and toddler development.

Nice To Haves

Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Create an inspiring classroom that supports toddler curiosity and independence.
Guide children using Montessori principles with patience and nurturing care.
Share children’s milestones with parents.
Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum suited to toddlers.
Encourage exploration through toys, language, and activities while prioritizing safety.
