About The Position

The traffic is there, the brand shines, now you come into play. As Monetization & Conversion Manager, you will transform users from paid and organic channels into loyal subscribers. You combine technical precision with dynamic paywalls with creative storytelling on landing pages and consistently think about monetization from the user experience to sustainable LTV.

Requirements

  • Performance experience: You have sound experience in optimizing sales funnels, ideally in digital subscription models or SaaS.
  • Revenue focus: You think in ARPU, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV without losing sight of the high-quality brand experience.
  • UX & Landing Pages: You know which psychological triggers motivate users to buy and how pages technically convert.
  • Tool understanding: You are familiar with RevenueCat, Poool, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, GA4, Optimizely, or comparable tools.
  • Feedback loop: You provide clear feedback to the User Acquisition team on traffic quality, early churn, and budget segments.
  • Hands-on: You work strategically, but also get involved yourself in briefings, wireframes, and tests.

Responsibilities

  • Dynamic Monetization: You build and manage dynamic paywalls for web and app and find the best balance between user experience and conversion rate.
  • Testing: You are responsible for paywall and pricing tests with clear hypotheses, clean analysis, and concrete recommendations for action.
  • Funnel Analysis: You analyze the user journey from the first click to checkout and reduce friction in the purchase funnel.
  • In-App Monetization: You optimize trial-to-paid flows, onboarding sequences, and paywall types such as Trial Toggle, Single Plan, and Multiplan.
  • CRO: You actively design activating landing pages with strong design, convincing copywriting, and clear conversion logic.
  • Pricing & Win-Back: You coordinate pricing logic and churn recovery offers with the CMO and define discount and offer strategies.
  • Web-to-App Funnels: You manage web-to-app landing pages, including conception, requirements, testing, and success measurement with Product, Tech, and Tracking.
