About The Position

Evenflo is hiring a full-time Molding Operator for its Piqua, Ohio location. The role operates and monitors injection molding machines to produce plastic components that meet quality standards. The operator performs basic production tasks, follows work instructions and schedules, maintains a clean and safe work area, and works with teammates and supervisors to support smooth production. The position is on 3rd shift, from 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM, and pays $16 plus a $1.50 shift differential. Benefits are available the first day of the month following the hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce quality plastic components.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Remove finished parts from machines and place them in designated containers.
• Perform basic production tasks such as trimming, sorting, and packaging parts as needed.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify and report machine issues, defective parts, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and product quality.
• Work with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
