About The Position

Panduit is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations. The role involves packaging, labeling, and cartoning products; operating manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly and production machines; and performing quality inspections in accordance with Panduit’s quality systems and procedures. Operators follow safety guidelines and complete daily 5S activities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency. The position is on the night shift, scheduled from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge quickly.
• Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, and remain on one's feet for most of the shift.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Panduit will not sponsor work visas.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and carton products, ensuring label accuracy, package seal integrity, and accurate counts per package and carton.
• Start up, operate, and shut down manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly and production machines and processes.
• Perform quality inspections according to Panduit’s quality systems and procedures.
• Follow Panduit’s safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform daily 5S activities to eliminate waste and optimize efficiency.
