About The Position
Rubberatkins is seeking a Production Molding Operator for its manufacturing team in Conroe. This hands-on role involves preparing materials and components, operating compression molding equipment, inspecting finished products, and supporting the delivery of quality engineered rubber products. Training and opportunities for career progression are provided. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, assembly, or warehouse experience.
- Forklift experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal components, including degreasing, shot blasting, and applying bonding agents.
- Operate compression molding presses and associated equipment.
- Demold and visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and follow job specifications and work instructions.
- Label, identify, and package products.
- Accurately record production and quality information.
- Support housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Work with colleagues to maintain efficient production flow.
