About The Position

Rubberatkins is hiring a Production Molding Operator to join its manufacturing team in Conroe and help produce engineered rubber products. This hands-on role involves preparing materials and components, operating compression molding equipment, demolding and inspecting finished products, and supporting the delivery of quality products to customers. Training and opportunities for career progression are available. The initial training schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. After training, the role moves to a rotating shift pattern: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. A shift premium is paid when working rotating shifts.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, assembly, or warehouse experience.
Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare metal components, including degreasing, shot blasting, and applying bonding agents.
Operate compression molding presses and associated equipment.
Demold and visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Read and follow job specifications and work instructions.
Label, identify, and package products.
Accurately record production and quality information.
Support housekeeping and 5S standards.
Work with colleagues to maintain efficient production flow.
