About The Position

Berry’s is hiring a Molding Production Operator to join its Injection Molding Team. The operator assembles and packages plastic parts while maintaining quality standards, records production and performance data, and assists with material handling, cleaning, and other duties. The position is described as having a Monday–Thursday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to perform operations according to established procedures and quotas.
• Ability to catch and prevent quality problems.
• Effective communication with managers and coworkers.
• Ability to follow safety rules and stay productively busy.
• Ability to move quickly and stay on one’s feet for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Good behavior and willingness to share improvement ideas.
