2nd Shift Supervisor, Molding Die Maintenance

About The Position
This die and tooling supervisor role requires working knowledge of basic machining and millwork. The supervisor oversees preventative maintenance and repair for a variety of tools, including injection, small form, small trim, and piece-operation tools. The position also requires communicating with the manufacturing department to resolve problems and accurately tracking tooling preventive-maintenance completion and tooling modifications.
Requirements
- Ability to TIG weld and hand-finish a variety of metals.
- Ability to operate a mill, lathe, and surface grinder.
- Two to four years of prior industrial tool room experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of basic machining and millwork.
