About The Position

Requirements

• High school degree or GED.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Strong fine motor skills.
• Reasonable hand dexterity to manipulate small parts.
• Ability to work well within a team or independently, with demonstrated initiative to drive for results.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and reduce costs, including identifying appropriate use cases and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Work from drawings, blueprints, sketches, verbal or written instructions, work orders, and process sheets.
• Operate injection molding machines.
• Inspect parts for surface defects and flaws.
• Operate the blending machine to combine raw pellets.
• Position and secure threaded cores and/or overmolds into the mold.
• Report defective materials, scrap, quality problems, or other unusual conditions to a technician and/or supervisor.
