About The Position

The Molding Operator at ENNOVI’s New Jersey plant operates injection molding equipment during production runs, ensures machines run according to specifications, and performs frequent quality checks. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to quality, and compliance with 5S practices. The operator collaborates with teammates and demonstrates accountability, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent technical or mechanical experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in using basic measuring tools and equipment.
• Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including standing for up to 8 hours and lifting and moving heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machinery.
• Ensure manufactured components meet quality standards.
• Monitor operations, record data, and troubleshoot machines.
• Escalate machine or product issues to quality, engineering, and leadership.
• Follow safety procedures related to operating stamping presses.
• Collaborate with other technicians, operators, and maintenance personnel.
