About The Position

The Molding Die Maintenance Supervisor oversees preventive maintenance and repair for a variety of tools used in injection, small form, small trim, and piece operations. The role requires communication with the manufacturing department to resolve problems and accurate tracking of tooling preventive maintenance completion and tooling modifications. The supervisor also performs hands-on machining, welding, and metal finishing work.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of basic machining and millwork.
• Ability to TIG weld and hand finish a variety of metals.
• Ability to operate a mill, lathe, and surface grinder.
• 2–4 years of prior industrial tool room experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
