About The Position

The Modernization Supervisor manages local modernization operations for KONE in San Leandro and the greater Bay Area. The role reviews bid documents and surveys job requirements for upcoming modernization bids in collaboration with salespeople. It also involves managing job resources and financials to ensure profitability, leading teams on complex job sites, maintaining site readiness, and prioritizing safety, scheduling, and team performance. The supervisor supports team learning and collaborates across the organization to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of construction or service expertise.
• Supervisory experience; experience leading a union-represented workforce is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
