Modernization Supervisor
About The Position
KONE is seeking a Modernization Supervisor to manage local modernization operations in San Leandro and the greater Bay Area. The supervisor will review bid documents and survey job requirements for upcoming bids in collaboration with salespeople. The role also involves managing job financials to ensure profitability and overseeing resources to support successful modernization work. The position calls for construction or service expertise, supervisory experience, and an interest in learning a new field. Requirements
- At least 2 years of construction or service expertise.
- Supervisory experience; experience leading a union-represented workforce is ideal.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to manage job-site safety, schedules, resources, financials, and team performance.
