About The Position

ElevenLabs is seeking someone to own relationships with the image and video model providers that support ElevenCreative, initially focusing on video. The role is the main point of contact for model partners, helps bring new models to ElevenCreative, and develops partnerships that benefit partners, users, and the business. It is a green-field role in which the hire will define how ElevenLabs works with model partners as the ecosystem grows. The role works closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company; AI or infrastructure experience is preferred.
• Deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
• Comfort with numbers and the ability to connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
• Ability to manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
• Ability to maintain meaningful overlap with US and European time zones, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and define a playbook rather than follow one.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with AI model or API providers.
• Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
• Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
• Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
• Own the commercial side of partnerships, working closely with finance.
• Drive marketing activities, including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
• Work with product and engineering to shape which models are offered and when.
• Support enterprise sales with partnership needs for large customers.
• Stay current with the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
