About The Position

OpenArt is hiring a Model Partnerships Manager to connect model partners with its Product, Engineering, and Growth teams. The role manages partnerships with frontier labs and open-source teams, securing early access, negotiating commercial terms, and turning partnerships into product launches and growth. The position owns relationships with LLM, image, video, audio, and 3D model providers from initial conversations through ongoing account management.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or developer/platform relationships.
A track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements, such as API, licensing, or revenue-share deals.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Comfort discussing technical details such as APIs, rate limits, latency, and pricing per output with engineers, as well as business details with executives.

Nice To Haves

Experience in AI, creative tools, cloud, or developer platforms.
An existing network across AI labs and model providers.
Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, or other languages useful for partnering with global model providers.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage commercial deals, including API pricing, volume commitments, revenue share, early-access arrangements, and exclusivity.
Track contracts, usage, and costs after agreements are signed, and ensure both parties meet their commitments.
Secure early access to new models and coordinate with Product and Engineering to launch them on OpenArt at or near their release dates.
Develop joint go-to-market activities with providers, including launch announcements, case studies, creator showcases, and events.
Work with Growth on partnership positioning and activation.
Manage provider relationships from the first conversation through ongoing account management.
