Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service

Nice To Haves

• Experience with heavy-duty and commercial tires, including mounting and dismounting, is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate a tire press safely and efficiently
• Earn additional income through our performance-based bonus program
• Safely operate various types of forklifts
• Diagnose and identify tire-related issues and work toward timely resolutions
• Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotating, repairing, and other related services
• Provide both in-shop and mobile service support for customers
• Participate in company training programs and follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job requirements
• Assist with additional duties as assigned, which may include occasional travel and overtime
