About The Position

Elder Ford of Tampa is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to provide Ford service throughout the Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities. The technician will use a company-provided mobile service van as a shop on wheels and perform retail, fleet, recall, and warranty work. This is a flat-rate position earning up to $90 per flat-rate hour. The role requires prior Ford dealership or Ford automotive technician experience, strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently and manage productivity. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. ASE and/or manufacturer certifications are strongly preferred, as is Ford recall repair experience. Requirements

Previous Ford dealership or Ford Automotive Technician experience.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

Perform mobile maintenance, service, and repairs on Ford vehicles throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Complete Ford recall and warranty repairs while supporting retail and fleet service needs.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns.
Complete work efficiently and accurately to Ford manufacturer standards.
Manage workload while delivering quality service.
