About The Position

Tenvoorde Ford is seeking an outgoing and driven Mobile Service Advisor to expand its fleet and commercial service business. This role involves actively engaging with business owners and fleet managers to build trust and establish lasting customer relationships. The mobile service team provides vehicle maintenance and repairs directly at customer locations. The advisor's responsibilities include identifying opportunities, securing business, and coordinating services to ensure customer vehicles remain operational.

Requirements

Ability to sell, stay organized, and follow through.

Responsibilities

Seek out local fleets, contractors, and commercial businesses that could benefit from mobile service.
Meet with decision-makers, learn how they use their vehicles, and recommend services that fit their needs.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build recurring business.
Schedule appointments and coordinate technicians, parts, and service details.
Keep customers informed and make sure we deliver on our commitments.
Help shape how we grow the mobile service department.
