About The Position

Tenvoorde Ford is seeking an outgoing and driven Mobile Service Advisor to expand its fleet and commercial service business. This is a hands-on role focused on engaging with business owners and fleet managers, building trust, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The mobile service team provides vehicle maintenance and repairs directly at customer locations. The advisor's responsibilities include identifying opportunities, securing business, and coordinating services to ensure customer vehicles remain operational. The role offers potential for growth into management as the department expands.

Requirements

Comfortable approaching businesses and introducing yourself to solicit opportunities.
Ability to sell, maintain organization, and follow through on commitments.
Initiative and ability to build relationships are paramount.
Desire to build a business within a business.

Responsibilities

Seek out local fleets, contractors, and commercial businesses for mobile service opportunities.

Schedule appointments and coordinate technicians, parts, and service logistics.
Maintain customer communication and ensure service commitments are met.
Contribute to the growth strategy of the mobile service department.
