About The Position

ElevenLabs is seeking a Mobile Growth Manager to take ownership of and scale the company's app acquisition and growth channels. This is a hands-on role focused on building, testing, and optimizing campaigns across mobile platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with creative, product, lifecycle marketing, and data science teams to drive measurable growth in installs, activation, and revenue, ensuring a connection between paid acquisition and the overall app experience. The company is looking to significantly scale its mobile growth efforts with a data-driven, experimentation-first approach.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, or Google App Campaigns
  • Ability to think beyond installs and optimize for full-funnel metrics like activation, retention, LTV, and revenue
  • Comfort working within mobile attribution constraints (SKAN, MMPs) and making decisions with imperfect data
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new channels or programs from scratch
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams to drive growth
  • Ability to take ownership and move quickly, balancing experimentation with execution
  • Clear communication skills and ability to translate performance into business outcomes (growth, revenue, efficiency)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across key acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging platforms)
  • Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking end-to-end
  • Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native ad creative (static, video, UGC)
  • Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Work with product and lifecycle teams to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and downstream engagement
  • Build and leverage attribution frameworks (SKAN, MMPs) to measure true performance and guide decision-making
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on CPI, CAC, LTV, payback period, and retention metrics
  • Identify and scale high-performing channels while quickly cutting underperforming ones
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, privacy updates, and emerging opportunities in mobile growth
