About The Position

Hiya is seeking a Consumer Growth Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for their consumer apps. This is a full-stack role where you will set the strategy, build campaigns, grow channels, and drive user acquisition and retention. The consumer apps are crucial as they serve as proof points for Hiya's B2B partnerships with mobile network operators. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the consumer marketing function from scratch within a fast-growing, innovative company that is defining the future of voice communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer marketing, specifically B2C/app marketing, with a customer-out approach.
  • Full-stack marketing capabilities, with the ability to move from strategy to execution rapidly.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality, setting agendas and driving results.
  • Fluent in app growth strategies, including ASO, mobile channels, lifecycle marketing, and key metrics (MAU, retention, CAC).
  • Experience building social, community, and influencer channels with a strong point of view.
  • Ability to understand B2B company operations while excelling in a B2C environment, and translate consumer insights into operator discussions.
  • Strong storytelling skills, capable of making technical capabilities relatable to consumers.
  • Curiosity and experimentation with AI for faster execution and high-quality output.
  • Comfortable representing the company at events and in customer-facing situations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for consumer apps, including audience, ICP, positioning, naming, and messaging.
  • Run end-to-end acquisition campaigns, including planning, channel selection, and ad creation.
  • Own the app store presence, including listings, ASO, and the user journey from discovery to download.
  • Build and manage social media and community presence, including influencer marketing and engagement on platforms like Reddit.
  • Own and drive growth fundamentals such as MAU, retention, acquisition, and CAC through testing and iteration.
  • Shape pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with the product team, leveraging acquisition and retention data.
  • Translate consumer wins into proof points for B2B operator partnerships and represent this story in partner conversations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmaps and launches, and develop the consumer marketing playbook.
  • Represent Hiya at industry events and in customer-facing settings.
