Seated is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Lead to help grow our consumer app through acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, identifying new user acquisition opportunities, and uncovering growth opportunities that improve user engagement and long-term retention. As the primary owner of consumer growth marketing, you'll use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive sustainable growth and favorable unit economics as we scale. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to execute growth initiatives and improve the consumer experience.
