About The Position

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to establish and manage our growth function from inception. This includes developing the strategy, content, paid channels, team, and compliance measures to ensure rapid yet responsible progress. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, not just oversight. You will be deeply involved in content and campaigns while simultaneously building and leading a team as the company expands. The company operates a dominant memecoin launchpad with significant daily volume and profitability, emphasizing rapid iteration and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience scaling a consumer product, either as a growth hacker/marketer within a consumer app (social, health/fitness, consumer fintech, mobile gaming) or at an agency managing growth for similar products.
  • Hands-on experience with UGC, clipping/content strategies, and paid social/search channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, X).
  • A scrappy, high-energy operator mindset with a hunger for hands-on work in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment where the playbook is built as you go.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace, able to initiate action without a fully defined organizational structure or processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the crypto space, either as a retail trader or through work at a crypto startup or established crypto company.
  • Experience in traditional finance (TradFi), with exposure to growth, marketing, or compliance practices.
  • Experience working with legal/compliance teams on marketing content for regulated or sensitive products.

Responsibilities

  • Own growth strategy end-to-end, setting the roadmap for user acquisition and engagement, and being accountable for the associated metrics.
  • Build and lead the growth team, including hiring, onboarding, and managing growth marketers, creators, and specialists.
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, and X Ads.
  • Drive organic and creator-led growth through user-generated content (UGC) and clipping strategies, including sourcing, briefing, and scaling content.
  • Generate and test new ideas continuously, taking initiative rather than waiting for direction.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal and General Counsel to ensure all growth strategies and campaigns adhere to compliance frameworks.
  • Monitor and iterate on performance, quickly identifying and scaling successful initiatives while discontinuing underperforming ones.
