About The Position

Leo Tech LLC is seeking a Mobile Equipment Servicer to perform management and administrative functions for maintaining a special/general purpose vehicle fleet, weapon systems fleet, organizational equipment, shop equipment, and vehicle maintenance buildings. This role is critical to providing a safe and serviceable vehicle fleet for the Silver Flag Exercise training site. The ideal candidate will be fully trained, professional, customer-service oriented, and ensure quality work performance in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a Mobile Equipment Servicer
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check (NCHC)
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Three years of experience as a Mobile Equipment Servicer in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle Management

Nice To Haves

• US Air Force Experience in Vehicle Fleet Management at USAF Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) or Redhorse Training Location
• Have a Class A Commercial Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in mobile equipment
• Perform repairs and replacements on components, including engines, brakes, transmissions, steering systems, and hydraulic circuits
• Conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluid levels, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and performing preventive inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify faults, interpret technical manuals/schematics, and verify equipment functionality after repairs
• Maintain accurate records of service history, repairs, and equipment condition for tracking and future maintenance
• Collaborate with operators to gather detailed breakdown information and understand performance issues
• Order and manage replacement parts and tools needed for repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace protocols during all service activities
