About The Position

The company is seeking dedicated forklift drivers to join its manufacturing team. The Mobile Equipment Operator operates a stand-up or sit-down forklift safely to move product within the warehouse, load trucks, unload trucks, put inventory away, rack and stack product up to 16 feet high, and load trucks with empty dunnage. The role requires a safety-focused, dependable team player who is punctual and ready to work. This is a third-shift position.

Requirements

• Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory.
• Must be able to stand for 8–9 hours a day.
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be punctual.
• Must pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift safely.
• Move product within the warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and put inventory away.
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.
• Make safety personal and contribute as a dependable team player.
• Maintain constructive relationships, support others’ self-confidence and self-esteem, take initiative to make things better, and lead by example.
