About The Position

The Equipment Operator supports both Shipping and Receiving processes and must be flexible enough to work effectively across both areas. The role involves moving merchandise between staging areas, rack shelving, floor locations, stack racks, and dock or bay areas. Operators use industrial lift equipment and RF units to move and accurately scan product, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment and complying with safety programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Technical knowledge of WMS.
• Experience using RF units and related processes.
• Ability to move product accurately using product scanning.
• Ability to operate industrial lift equipment, including an order picker, and be comfortable working at height.
• Ability to lift and move product.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours as department needs require, including weekends.
• Must pass a lift assessment with a 250-pound push-pull requirement.
• Must be able to operate an electric lift, forklift, and tugger.
• Must be able to operate an RF gun.

• Comply fully with safety programs while operating and not operating material-handling equipment.
