Mobile Equipment Operator- 3rd Shift
About The Position
Avancez Assembly is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator to move products and inventory within a warehouse and load and unload trucks. The role involves safely operating a stand-up or sit-down forklift, putting away inventory, stacking products up to 16 feet high, and loading trucks with empty dunnage. The position is scheduled for third shift: Sunday from 9:00 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. and Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour, with a $1.00-per-hour hilo premium and a $1.00-per-hour shift premium. Team members are expected to prioritize safety, communicate well, work cooperatively in close proximity to others at some stations, and be punctual. The role requires standing for 8–9 hours per day, lifting up to 40 pounds, and availability for overtime and weekend work. Applicants must have at least one year of sit-down forklift experience and pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
Requirements
- At least one year of sit-down forklift experience; this experience is mandatory.
- Ability to stand for 8–9 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Availability for overtime and weekend work.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team player and work close to other employees at some stations, less than 3 feet apart.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to multitask and work quickly.
- Must be on time.
- Must pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
