About The Position
Avancez Assembly is seeking a dedicated forklift operator for its manufacturing operation. The role involves safely operating a stand-up or sit-down forklift to move products within the warehouse, unload trucks, put inventory away, rack and stack products up to 16 feet high, and load trucks with products or empty dunnage. Candidates should be punctual, ready to work as part of a team, and committed to safety.
Requirements
- Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory.
- Must be able to stand for 8–9 hours a day.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be punctual and ready to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
- Demonstrate safety awareness, initiative, constructive relationship-building, and the ability to lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift safely.
- Move products within the warehouse and load trucks as needed.
- Unload trucks and put inventory away.
- Rack and stack products up to 16 feet high.
