About The Position

The company is seeking a Forklift/HiLo Operator to support its manufacturing and warehouse operations on the second shift. The operator moves products within the warehouse, unloads incoming trucks, stores inventory, stacks and racks products up to 16 feet high, and loads trucks, including with empty dunnage. The role requires safe equipment operation, punctuality, teamwork, and availability for overtime and weekend work.

Requirements

• Mandatory sit-down forklift experience.
• Ability to stand for 8–9 hours a day.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
• Commitment to making safety personal.
• Punctuality and ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift safely.
• Move products within the warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and put inventory away.
• Rack and stack products up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.
• Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, initiative, constructive relationship-building, and leadership by example.
