About The Position

Reacher is hiring a Mobile Consumer Engineer to build its creator app, which helps creators find deals, communicate with brands, and earn on TikTok, Meta, and Snap. The app is central to growing Reacher’s creator network and should deliver a polished consumer-product experience. The engineer will report to the Head of Engineering and work on a small app team.

The role involves owning creator-app features end to end, building mobile experiences with React Native and Expo, and shipping updates to the App Store and Google Play. The engineer will work with TanStack Query, Zustand, the TikTok Shop API, and AI avatar video features, and will measure product outcomes and iterate in collaboration with design, the creator team, and creators.

Requirements

• A track record of shipping consumer mobile apps that people use every day.
• Strong React Native and TypeScript skills.
• Good product taste and attention to user experience, performance, and reliability.
• Comfort moving fast at an early-stage startup.

Nice To Haves

• Expo experience.
• Experience with LLM or AI features in a consumer product.
• Familiarity with TikTok, the creator economy, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own creator-app features end to end, from design through release.
• Build polished, fast mobile experiences in React Native and Expo with strict TypeScript.
