About The Position

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are part of T-Mobile’s Retail Team and represent the brand in National Sales partner locations. They engage customers in busy retail environments, build relationships, identify customer needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile products and services. Associates use digital tools and solution-based selling to recommend wireless solutions and help customers onboard, understand self-service options, and use the T-Mobile app. They complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and resources, and review results, promotions, and updates to stay customer-ready. The role also includes practicing and sharing skills, supporting store operations and opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk cabinets and assets, and reporting lost keys or assets. Associates collaborate with nearby stores and teams to support account setup, device support, and account servicing. The position pays a base rate of $18.00 per hour, plus $5.00 per hour in training pay during the first 90 days. After training, associates promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000; actual incentives vary by performance and full-time status.
