About The Position

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates represent T-Mobile in a warehouse or club kiosk, helping customers in a high-traffic retail environment. They educate customers about products and services, demonstrate solutions, and recommend options while delivering friendly, personalized service and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's warehouse and club member benefits. The role includes training in the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems, with ongoing opportunities to practice and develop skills. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training; after completing it, they promote to the Mobile Expert role.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required skills: communication, relationship building, customer education, sales, customer communications, customer satisfaction management, product knowledge, leadership, customer referrals, sales prospecting, sales techniques, consultative selling, customer service, customer engagement, coaching, and customer needs identification.

Nice To Haves

Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources.
Practice skills, share knowledge, and participate in store operations.
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty by matching the customer's pace and providing friendly, exceptional service.
Attract potential customers to drive sales activity at the location.
Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
